Our website is 24 hours and our Customer Service Specialists are available to serve you Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard.
ARE YOUR PRICES LISTED IN AMERICAN DOLLARS OR CANADIAN DOLLARS?
All prices appearing on the website are listed in United States Dollars.
DOES ALL MEDICATIONS COME FROM CANADA?
Yes, we only use Licensed Canadian Doctors and Licensed Canadian Pharmacies located in Canada that only dispense Health Canada Approved medication.
IS A PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED?
Yes, just like your local pharmacy, a valid prescription for your medication is required. If you do not have a current prescription, please give us a call at 1-877-251-0395 and we will setup a telehealth appointment with a Canadian Doctor.
CAN YOU TRANSFER MY PRESCRIPTION FROM MY LOCAL US PHARMACY AS I MAY HAVE REFILLS THERE?
No, because we are located outside of the United States, we are unable to transfer prescriptions from United States pharmacies. However, if you give us a call at 1-877-251-0395 we can get you an appointment with a Licensed Canadian Doctor.
DO YOU SHIP MEDICATIONS FROM COUNTRIES OTHER THAN CANADA?
No. We only use fully licensed Canadian Pharmacies that only dispense health Canada Approved medication sourced from Canada.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
All Canadian Pharmacies in our Network offer the same flat rate of $19.99 tracked shipping.
Shipping usually takes 5-7 days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
This will depend on the Pharmacy but generally prescription orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of receiving your valid prescription. Once shipped, it will take approximately 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN MY ORDER?
For your safety and the safety of our other patients, prescription drugs are not returnable under Pharmaceutical Law. As a Licensed Pharmacy, once prescription or nonprescription products have been dispensed, they cannot be returned. If you have a concern about your order, simply call us within 30 days of receiving your order and tell us why you are not fully satisfied.
CAN I COMBINE MY ORDER WITH MY MEDICARE CO-PAY?
We cannot co-pay with your Medicare program; however, we can save you more money than Medicare.
